Is there a minimum/maximum amount of yards I can order on the website?
Yes, you may order 1-19 yards total through the website. If you would like to order more than 19 yards, please contact Melinda on Facebook so she can calculate your unique shipping cost.
What are my payment options?
You can pay securely through PayPal. When you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, the Purpleseamstress website will direct you to Melinda’s PayPal account.
Help! I forgot my password!
No problem! Resetting your password is easy. Simply visit the “My Account” page and choose “forgot password.”
Where do I enter a coupon code?
There’s a box for coupons in the cart and checkout pages. Enter the code in the box and hit “Apply coupon” and you’re all set! The image below shows an example cart, the purple arrow is pointing at the coupon code input box:
